If you are able to log into MP3Sparks but are unable to get through the payment system to fund your account, then don't despair - there are several way to go

2. Get an AllPay pincode from phobozad: allTunes Gift Certificate Request This pincode you can use to refill your allTunes balance and thereby your MP3Sparks balance, which are one and the same

If you have tried to fill your account using XROST.biz in the past, you might be able to go the same route using CMPASS.com: :: CMPASS Prepaid Card The most tricky part seems to be that you need to get hold of an invitational code to even use their site. A code that you might only be able to get after refilling your allTunes account one time using one of phobozad's AllPay pincodes (see 2).
