Seva, if you don't want to add the CD, that's fine, I'm sure that you get alot of requests for stuff you don't want to take the time to upload. Its ok to say no, but don't tell me you are going to upload it, and then blow it off. Hard to reccomend your site to anyone here at aom3.org with these practices.
Hi Bob.

I'm sure seva just forgot, since he probably has a lot to do. I guess that when he reads this, he'll remember and get it uploaded a.s.a.p.
