I have not topped up my account since early August, and truied today to add to my dwindling balance. I went via Tor enabled Firefox and got through to the Visa payment section on Chronopay, but after repeated attempts my transaction is always declined.

Am I missing something, or has the system chnaged to prevent me from accessing?

Hope someone can assist.
