It's the strangest thing. Every time I go through my balance section, I end up at the e-centru portal to payment (where you can still pay by Mastercard).
The only problem is... that I don't have one. Wouldn't be a problem to get one though. I almost get spammed by my own bank in their continous effort to convince me to get one.
But it is still very easy to buy vouchers here and a lot of other places on the web:

For the record I'm not American but located somewhere in Scandinavia. where it almost gets as cold in the winter as in Wisconsin
