It's so hard to pick a favourite. Mp3Sparks has a really professional site design + allTunes.
Mp3Skyline has all the frenchrap a fan could want + Skylive.FM. And
www.amiestreet.com, which I've never seen mentioned here, has an excellent business model, where artists upload their own music. It starts out free; the more a song is downloaded, the more expensive it gets, so people who make good music get well rewarded.
