The questions I have are:
1) Does anyone have V-Moda headphones or know anything about them?
I tried a set of these when I got my headphones and I thought they sounded okay, but from what I remember, I did not like the fit (and I much prefer the in-ear headphone types) and they felt a bit 'flimsy'. Also I thought that you got quite a bit of the 'reveberation' sound from your footsteps (although I know that you do get use to that as I had this problem with my old headphones).

2) Are they worth $75 if I already have the Sony?
Only you can answer that. I spent a stupid amount of money on my headphones, but I think they are worth it as I use them all the time.

3) Are they really better than what comes with SanDisk?
I would be amazed if they are not, but you can easily test this out can't you .
