The same thing happened to me today. PayPal showed the payment as going to someone at "new-submission.com" whilst the notification from txtNation gave me a code for "OmanyeOnline".
My email to
support@txtnation.com was rejected as an invalid email address. I will try the direct address given,
j.rowsell@txtnation.com and see what happens.
