Nightfly, I understand and agree with your concerns but it's a proposed international treaty with signatories having to take action against all of their internet service providers. Such a boycott would be useless because you'd have no other ISP to go to because they'd ALL be bound by their (signatory) government's laws.

However, as others have pointed out VPN services would do a roaring trade. Even that would be a interim redoubt because the dark forces would then concentrate on those outlets. I guess it's like plugging a ship with multiple leaks. You plug one and then another one appears. Eventually sanity will prevail but it will take some time.
