Now I have long since considered that I am out of pocket $50 (plus the $50 bonus that I should have received), but what continues to annoy me is when everyone says how great MP3Fiesta is to deal with, how reliable they are, how quickly they respond, etc.
Either I am extremely unlucky, or I've just been pushed into the too hard basket. Yes I know I'll never see my money, and no I've never had a problem using my account since, but surely I'm not the only one who has experienced this and left with a bitter taste in my mouth?

Sorry to hear about your problems with Fiesta, if you read earlier threads you may find the days of them being reliable, responding quickly, and a guest appearance of Solution are maybe long gone I'm afraid.
I am probably biased, but since they doubled their prices overnight a few months ago, they have gone down the pan in my opinion. Many others, me included, have expressed the opinion on here that we would not put another dollar with them!
You should keep emailing them, failing that, a last resort would be to notify your Credit Card company you have not received what you paid for. It is a shame really, fiesta used to be good, sadly there are many sites on here that are much better and much cheaper.
