So its now time to rate MP3SkyLine on their recovery process, do you think MP3SkyLine is stable enough and worth to recommend to a friend or family?

I believe I have made my feelings known in the 'Up' thread but seeing as the question has been asked I will post my feelings again. Personally I am appalled at Max' ambivalent and, apparently, cynical attitude to his customers.

Whilst I appreciate Max had some very serious technical issues so too did Pastor over at MP3Sale. Max communicated well to start with and then stopped communicating on the forum for a long time. His customers had no idea whether he had taken their cash or had simply lost interest. Some time later Max waltzes back to the forum expecting rapturous applause. Together with Max aom offered a somewhat pathetic $5 bonus code via the freebee mailing list and Max promised an inconvenience payment 'of at least $10'.

In parallel Pastor over at MP3Sale was never off the forum and always gave hope. OK it didn't always materialise as planned but he kept communicating. Then when the servers were finally restored Pastor offered his amazing 'Double' compensation code - by typing 'double' whatever you balance was it was immediately doubled.

The question is 'would I recommend MP3Skyline/Exclusive to friends and family'? The answer is no I wouldn't:
a) I have no confidence the site will still be around in 3 months time
b) I would recommend Mp3Sale, Millisong, Lavamus and Soundsbox ahead simply as I consider them more 'rounded' stores.

Ask me again in 12 months, if the site is still operating and Max is still communicating then maybe I'll change my opinion.

My opinion only, take it as you will
