this is not going to happen.

the discussed issue is all about money and music market. majors would like to use ISPs just to increase their profit, and obviously this could work out, since ISP is something you start from. while eMusic for one worries that IPS can intercept the content (and even collect it and store, though one does not like much to spell it out) and make money from literally nothing.
