I can also say I've had good experience with exwp. However, they have had ongoing issues this year with their paypal accounts being blocked, preventing them from doing business. I used them exclusively from july-december 2007 with over $30,000 in transactions and had no problems with them.

I am surprised they are taking applications from new users though, as they have been more reluctant to do so since they've had their main PP account blocked.
