Thumbs up Yahoo Radio:Launch Cast - 09-12-2008, 12:08 AM

A good intuitive internet radio station is a Yahoo Radio Station called Launchcast.
You start your own station and pick the genres you would like to hear by grading
them. Then when you start the interface to your station, you will get a
4 star rating option for song, artist and album. The station will then
take all your accumulated grades and create a station that is suited
to your musical taste. The more time spent inputing, the more intuitive
the station becomes.
My station seems to have me down pretty well and knows my genres
and favorite artists.
You can skip songs you don't like and rate "never play again"
for songs you hate. The only problem is every so often there is a
29 sec. commercial. They offer a premium package without commercials,
but in my opinion it is not worth it.
They have been around for a long time, and really have worked out a nice
interface.I personally have used them for 5 years.Just returned today after
a 6 month absence from use,but it didn't forget me.The station played
Coltrane,Monk,BB King,Creedence,Miles,Aretha,Ramones,Bach extc.I didn't have to skip a song.

If you liked to give it a try its called LaunchCast:

LAUNCHcast Home

They also have stations to listen to in every genre and sub genre
that are very well programmed.

Enjoy,
