was. originally german, later merged with audioscrobbler, moved to the UK. even
if still 'based' there these days, then bought by CBS/usa last year. and started out
working everywhere, only recently getting selective.
** ... individual tracks on demand ... download tracks if authorised ...
both these items were the first to go for non-US. or non-W-EUR.
there was a time when i thought WWW stood for WorldWideWeb. and now have
a look where one could watch the olympics, even if only short clips. or where
things like ZATOO still work. miserable.
