I am new to the whole mp3 downloading stuff

Legalsounds is the only place I can find some of the songs I want, but I am just wondering is there a monthly fee like napster, or is there just the $25.00 inital fee and you get 25 free songs and then you can reload with more $$??? I am confused and could not figure it out on their website. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
