I'm sorry to hear that
I have also had one small issue with MP3Stor and found that their customer service is not related to their site specifically but takes care of every site which SWREG administer. This is a problem they must correct.
My specific problem was that a payment of $25 didn't reach my MP3Stor account and when I confronted their customer service, they put the $25 into my
MP3Fiesta account!!! Even if this was a little annoying, I didn't bother to make more of it.
They have a great selection of music on their site but they simply must do better, if they aren't going to lose some of their new customers.
