You'll need a PayPal account to get started - but after making sure that you have such a one, then do the following:
Phase 1 Go to the
http://www.WMTransfer.com site.
Phase 2 Download
Keeper Classic and install the application (wme2.exe)
Phase 3 After installing the software, then make sure you keep all the important numbers/passwords in a safe place. You will see purses US=WMZ - the default purse is First Z (you may want to add a re-named purse - for instance, WebmoZ... It will have a Z****************** number).
Phase 4 Go to the
http://www.EXWP.com site and change to ENG (I am only giving this address because I have experienced nothing but very good service from these guys)(there are others but I have never had a successful exchange). This is where you exchange PayPal for WebMoney (wmz). You need to send a request with your PayPal account and Z****************, you will need to have a legit phone number/e-mail address. Then you will get a callback with an authorization number. Follow the directions given. If you are dealing with them for the first time, it may take up to 4 days to get your WebMoney credit. 14% is the rate, but anything less than $72.00 is a flat $10.00 charge. Phase 5 When you got your WebMoney, you need to go to the
