A little work in Paint Shop Pro should do the trick.

I have a few of the Clinton pics around somewhere,but most aren't fit to post to a Rated G forum.

Arkansas Quarter - 07-28-2008, 12:37 AM
As most of you who live in the US know, all states now have a quarter commemorating each state. This was the original submission for the Arkansas quarter:

New Arkansas Quarter - Clinton Lewinsky Commemorative Coin
