Classic Arcade Games - 05-17-2008, 02:09 PM

Anyone fancy reliving their youth playing some old favourites from the arcades?
There is a great free download that includes retro classics such as Space Invaders, Asteroids, Pacman and Tetris, and 5 more.

Here`s the link : Arcade Classic Arcade Pack 5.1 - Computeractive

That time when one starts thinking about a new PC. If it's going to have Vista I think I'll wait another year

Thanks,
Yes, I have downloaded it and there are no problems with adware/spyware or any other nasties.
It comes from a reputable source.
And the games are faithful reproductions of the arcade originals, and great fun!

Vista has it's little quirks, but I actually like it. The only problem is that a lot of games and programs are still not working 100% perfectly with it. Word/Excel and Powerpoint are also a lot different and a pain in the arse to re-learn.

This is probably more into the territory of gm but I thought it was possible to use almost any application in Vista by making it emulate XP...?
