Talking "The Funniest Band Names In History"-thread - 07-28-2008, 07:03 PM

On top of my 'To Do'-list (when it comes to this forum ) has (for a long time) been making a thread called "The Funniest Band Names In History."

Now forum member, staggy, gave me the incentive to do this with his latest post

My two favourite band names (ever since the 80's) have been Gaye Bykers On Acid and... (artistic pause for added drama...) Half Man Half Biscuit

So without further ado: Let the gay times begin...

Uma Thurman - 07-28-2008, 07:18 PM

There's a one-hit-wonder band that has recently materialized in Russia called ..... (artistic pause for added drama...) ... UMA THURMAN with an accompanying one hit of the same name.

This article will clarify any confusion :-

NBC: Russian rockers' Uma obsession - Europe - MSNBC.com

I believe since the release of this article, they have had the pleasure of meeting the great lady

And my favourite from the late 60s - (drum roll............) Procol Harum

If you have one watch you know what the time is. But if you have two you don't know which one is right.

The more advice you get the more confusing it becomes.

Google revealed some questionable band names, but the one that made me laugh is "Ben Folds Laundry"

Let's hear it for Athletico Spizz 80!

I always thought it was weird that a rapper would call himself Immature.
