Congrats to Michael Phelps on winning his 7th gold at this Olympics and equalling Mark Spitz's record, with a chance of making it 8! Well done to him.

Also, have to mention Rebecca Adlington, who has become the first British swimmer in 100 years to win 2 golds at the same Olympics.
Her 2nd gold today was acheived by breaking the longest standing world record in swimming, a time which had stood for 19 years.

Congratulations to them both, superb dedicated athletes showing what the Olympics is all about.

Indeed. Very inspirational!!

I've been watching the games till 1-2 AM every day for the whole week and feeling like a total zombie at work the next day, increasingly so So much that I went to sleep at 7:30 last night and slept for 15 hours straight
