I agree England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are good teams and based on players, deserve to be there.
But, to sound cliche, at the end of the day England should have qualified despite their manager.They had plenty of opportunities but screwed it up again and again. It shouldn't have even been a close 1 point to qualification. To me that indicates how badly they failed rather than how close they were.
