Songs (we thought we knew the lyrics) - 05-30-2008, 05:53 AM
Ok, we've all been there. You know, that song we heard over and over that we thought we knew the lyrics to, but we were wrong. And sometimes, we were hilariously wrong. I heard a song tonight, it brought back memories as a 14 year old kid listening to this song and thinking, "that's a great song!"

The song was "Someone Saved my Life Tonight" by Elton John.

However, as a 14 yr old -- I was sure the song was.....drumroll....

"Someone Shaved My Wife Tonight"

It sure sounded that way on my AM radio.
