An American here who actually has all his cd's, DVD concerts AND most of the singles. Rudebox is great, but not my favorite. Nan's Song and Me and My Monkey are my favs, and call me a sucker but at Live 8 London Robbie stole the show even though I was watching for FLOYD!!!

For me, the defining Live 8 performance was Richard Ashcroft (formerly of The Verve), doing Bittersweet Symphone backed up by Coldplay. It was sensational!!! I almost bought the DVDs of the concert just because of that song.

Dave C,
Have you had any problems with Last.FM software? In the past couple of days it's suddenly started to "scrobble" tracks more than one time. And not conistently. Up to 5 times for some tracks. I tried to clean it up by deleting duplicates from my Last.FM profile, but just gave up.
Not only am I listening to really bad music this week - but Last.FM is exacerbating the situation to rather shockingly overblown proportions that I may not recover from even when I do come back to my senses! If this doesn't stop, I might have hundreds of Depeche Mode tracks at the top of my weekly chart on Monday

Oh ok. Than I won't worry too much then (except of course about my reputation!)
Make sure you don't have 2 separate scrobbling applications running in parallel. It did happen to me before, when I switched from the default Last.FM client to the much simpler iScrobbler. Both were running and creating duplicates. I've since uninstalled the old client, so I know the problem isn't created by me.
Check out my Last.FM profile. It's gone completely mental!

This could be really confusing as I have iScrobber, the native last.fm scrobber and one which I downloaded for mediamonkey (lastpod), all installed and probably still working . I don't seem to be getting any problems when I am on my computer using mediamonkey, it is just when I sync my ipod that things start to go screwy.
Cheers,
Dave C
