Essential by UFO, a good hits package.

"Rock Bottom" Kiss - Alive II - Disc 2

I forgot how silly some of the older (and newer) Kiss stuff really is!
Just goes to show how effective the marketing was.

Good afternoon Nightfly, I hope you are well today, and that we can put yesterday behind us and move on to the more important things in life.

As you have probably seen I finally managed to track down the recording of Mahler's 4th that I was looking for.
In the end I had to buy it from a 'normal' on-line shop , but it was not too unreasonable at 9.99 Euros.

Good afternoon Ashley, yes I would like nothing better.

That's really a good price..you will find many a bargain on old "classic"
classical recordings.Let me know what you think?

It's a nice day here in NY. and shall go out to The Lake in a bit
and clear the cobwebs out of the empty spaces...lol...

Good to see you....

Just another made-up genre, but the album is quite enjoyable (particularly the catchy third track, 'Kill The Right People'). Don't think this album is going to have a long life time 'play wise', but it's fun for the short term.

Glad to hear you are OK Nightfly.

I will report back on the Mahler when I have had a chance to listen to it properly, and I though the price was pretty good seeing as it was the official store for Deutsche Gramophone.

It's been fairly good here today as well, cold but at least we got to see some sun. Enjoy the Lake, hopefully the ducks will be waiting for you.

That seems to be the way of things these days.

I was investigating Bluegrass the other day and the variety was mind boggling.
Bluegrass, Contemporary Bluegrass, Traditional Bluegrass, Progressive Bluegrass etc. etc.

All I wanted to do was listen to see if I would like it.

I downloaded an album last night by The Ben Smith Band, Millisong reckoned it was blues but it turned out to be more folk than anything. Might be worth looking at as you are into folk.

Good to see you by the way.
