Hi Everyone

Can't find much information on ZML in these forums but as it seems to be part of Legal sounds, I thought I'd post here......

I've just signed up with ZML and find it works extremely well. I've downloaded a few movies, burned them to a disc and watched them on a Philips DIVX enabled DVD player.

I do have a question though. I've burned files to a DVD and it has not played properly - picture keeps hanging. I've then burned same movie to a CD and it's played perfectly. Anyone know what could be causing this? I'm fine burning to CD but some of the movies are a little larger in file size so need to be burned to DVD.

Perhaps you should start a ZML forum or are you only covering music?

Thanks for reading this

Nicko

Can't confirm if ZML is run by the same guys at legalsounds, all we know is that they are partners.

Have you validated the video? Try this: DivXRepair, divx, repair

We could open a forum for ZML if the demand for it was high.

Thanks for your reply. DIVX repair looks interesting but I don't think there is actually a problem with the avi files because they play on PC and on Philips DVD player as long as they are on CD and not DVD. Have thought perhaps the DVD player didn't like the DVD media I was using so I could try changing the brand.

Doesn't look like many people are using ZML at present. I expect that if it does become popular there will be pressure to close it down! If there is more interest it would be good to see a dedicated forum.

Thanks again

Nicko

Hi Nicko

It's been nearly three quarter of a year since I first came across the ZML site and mentioned it here in the forum: http://www.aom3.org/forum/18029-post6.html

Since then it has been mentioned from time to time in some of the threads - for instance:
