greetings 2 all here!

Was happily picking albums to download from GoMusic - I had $80.00 on my account. All of a sudden the system kicked me out and was forcing me to log on.

When I tried logging on - it responded "Wrong email or password"

I can access all of the pages, but can't get to my account, cart or anything tied to my e-mail.

I have run a ping - Fine..... When I run a TraceRoute - I get stopped at mnogobyte-gw.fiord.ru (62.140.245.126).

Anybody else having problems? Site having problems?

Hi MacZapIt and welcome to the forum

We haven't heard about this specific problem with GoMusic before. Others have had trouble reaching the page at all

Maybe gluteus maximus (or one of the other tech-wise of this forum) has another solution to this - but have you tried to clean your browser data/private data/flushed DNS and so on?

Welcome to the forum.

I can tracert through to GoMusic (77.220.172.8) with no difficulty, though it's a bit slow. Also I can log in. Hopefully your problem is fixed by now.

Thanks guys - yep they assigned a ticket and I am back up and downloading my MP3's again.

Yahoo......Doing a "HAPPY DANCE" with my Mac.
