3. The free downloads feature is available only 7 days after the deposit or until you use all 2009 free downloads but no longer than for 7 days.
4. The shopping cart shall be disabled for the period of 7 days after the deposit or until you use all 2009 free downloads but no longer than 7 days.
5. All free downloads shall not be reflected in your history of purchases area.
6. Once you use all free downloads or after 7 days after the deposit the site shall come to usual operation with activated shopping cart.
7. You are obliged to enjoy this promo, have a wonderful Christmas and happiness all next year!

Once you activate the promo, you will see the sign on ALL tracks and will be able to download them instantly and 2009 times in total. So once you see the sign it means you can download it right away.

Mp3sale always provides a bonus of 50 euro for every 50 euro deposit. Are the 2009 free tracks an additional bonus, or will the standard 50 euro bonus not be provided?

That option (50euro deposit + free 50euro) is still there.

The 2009 bonus (50 euros + 2009 free downloads) can be looked as an another payment method with its own bonus.

Don't get me wrong, this is a fantastic promotion for a new member who is just starting to build a collection, but for people like myself who use mp3sale all the time and now only add from the "new releases" section, it's going to be a real struggle to find 2009 new tracks that I would want, particularly at this time of year when new releases are thin on the ground. Any chance of extending the time frame Pastor?

yep, that how i see it too, for new members starting a new library it is great, they
might have the time to download 2009 titles in seven days. someone who has a
large collection, and only adds what he needs and finds over the weeks, is better of
with the old 50+50 deal.

which ever way i calculate it, the 2009 offer is equivalent to about a 50+80 deal, but
it is the time pressure that would kill it for me, personally.

2009 tracks x 0,08 euro (if you purchase full albums) = 160,72 euro, not 80.

I personally have nothing to complain about. if something is given to me for free, I say how and when. I think MP3sale did a good job on this one and I doubt very much that loyal customers will pass on this.
