I think it depends on the individual and their needs.I can tell the
difference between 192 and 320 BUT personally I won't let that
hold me back if its a rare item and it's only found in 192.I personally
prefer 256vbr as my favorite for my mp3 player.I really don't
make a big deal out of this issue.But I understand those who demand
top quality for their needs.

Like Nightfly I too think I could hear the difference between 192 and 320, 256 probably not though.

I am never in such a hurry to get new stuff that I will take whatever is on offer straight away, I prefer to wait until it's available at a good bit rate before buying.

What prompted this though was the fact that I saw the De-luxe version of Duffy's Rockferry was available off the shelf in Sainsburys (for non UK it's a supermarket) and I went looking for it on-line. No doubt soon mp3sale and others will have it at higher rates and I will get the extra tracks then.

Hi Pastor. It would be great if we could have a choice of the lower bit rate and 320 kps on each album, instead of replacing everything with 320 kps. Some of us live in countries where broadband is still expensive and capped.
It would also help those people who have limited storage space on their ipods. What is your future policy on this?
