[Help!] can't add to balance

I have tried to add to my balance this morning. I get the message "Site ID could not be found or initialized" This was trying to add to via the amount that ends in .95, trying the other way the card gets rejected even though there is plenty free on my card.

I get the same message when trying to add money to Millisong. Maybe they both use the same payment company?
