Can't Download

Getting an error message every time I choose an album. Anyone got the same problem?

Can you be more specific about the error message there are a few experts on here who can probably help given a bit more information.
Failing that, I am sure Pastor39 will appear like magic soon to sort you out, as he is the mp3sale rep on here.
If you wish you can PM him a message and I am sure he will be in touch as soon as possible.

Hi Dodger45, I think they were doing some routine maintainence but should be OK now - try again

Thanks for your advice folks. Seems it was routine maintenance as the problem now appears to be resolved. Can now download the new Supergrass album!

I've just had my first download hassle with mp3sale

. Tried to download The Accidental's album; There Were Wolves and it just doesn't work. Just sent a query to the support services so hopefully it is just a glitch with a newly added album. Any one else tried to download this album??

Well, I have just tried downloading another 'older' album (Pride by Phosphorescent) and exactly the same thing happened

About 1/3 of our mp3archive (mainly albums, added for the last 0.5 year) - isn't available at this moment. Hope, this will be solved soon...

I guess - you have several accounts on our site... We're getting 1-2 messages in support service with that kind of problem - in 90% cases the problem is that user have more than 1 account on our site, and logging into empty one, instead of account filled with money.
