This time - it's provider's technical problems, not our server's.... Hope they'll fix them soon... Bad times are coming.... Almost 1 year of online without interruptions, but now the 3rd time for the last 2 weeks

Yeah...me too!

I have five disks lined up in the download que waiting to be archived. It has been over 30 minutes and none of them are ready for download.

Guess I'll check back in a bit.

Well, it has been more than an hour now, and I am giving up!
I did post the following message on "Assistance" and will wait for a reply.

"I have been waiting for almost an hour for 5 albums to archive.
Is there an issue, or do I need to delete and request another download?
I am assuming that I won't have to pay again?

Please be patient with pastor39 and Mp3sale.

We know from past experience that they are dedicated to
customer service and are working hard on resolving the problem.


Remember patience is indeed a virtue and will
take you a long way....

Zip archive option is not working as always after server's crash... It takes a lot of time to restore it back... Try to download music track by track now, or wait til monday....

Hi Mark.


It sounds like you're not even aware of one of the truly great things about MP3Sale.ru

Here it comes: Once you have purchased a song and downloaded it once, then you just go to your "Downloads History" section and click "Download Again." This you can do as many times as you like
