We here of very few complaints about this site so hang in there I'm sure,

and if you scroll down you will see a place to enter your problem.

Pastor39 is a good route to take sending him a PM. As Nightfly said, give them a little time; sometimes Pastor is away for a few days but he'll see this. You haven't wasted your money. They give good customer service.

Also, gm may see this and have something to say from a technical perspective. He's very good at that. Be patient -- you'll be fine.
