Êàê âû óæå çíàåòå, ó íàñ áûëè òðóäíîñòè, ñâÿçàííûå ñ ïîòåðåé ÷àñòè äàííûõ íà íàøèõ ñåðâåðàõ.  ñëåäñòâèè ÷åãî âû ìîãëè âèäåòü çíà÷åê "Coming soon" íàïðîòèâ íåêîòîðûõ òðåêîâ è àëüáîìîâ.

Èòàê, ÷òî ìû èìååì:
Ìû âîññòàíîâèëè ÷àñòü ìóçûêè íà íàøåì äàòàöåíòðå.  ëþáîì ñëó÷àå ýòî äàëåêî íå 100%, äàæå íå 50% ïîòåðÿííîé ìóçûêè (êîòîðàÿ â ñâîþ î÷åðåäü ñîñòàâëÿëà ëèøü 19% îò îáùåé áàçû). Òî, ÷òî ìû íå ñóìåëè âîññòàíîâèòü áûëî ïðîñòî óäàëåíî èç áàçû äàííûõ òðåêîâ. Äàííîå îçíà÷àåò, ÷òî âû íå ñìîæåòå íàéòè ýòó ìóçûêó íà íàøåì ñàéòå äî òåõ ïîð, ïîêà ìû åå ñíîâà íå äîáàâèì.

 ëþáîì ñëó÷àå ìû äåëàåì âñå âîçìîæíîå ÷òîáû äîáàâëÿòü ìóçûêó ïî âàøèì çàÿâêàì êàê ìîæíî áûñòðåå. Òåì íå ìåíåå ìû íå ãàðàíòèðóåì, ÷òî íà ñëåäóþùèé äåíü ïîñëå âàøåé çàÿâêè ìóçûêà çàïðîøåííàÿ ïîÿâèòñÿ, ìû áóäåò îòäàâàòü ïðèîðèòåò òåì çàÿâêàì, êîòðûå ñäåëàíû íåñêîëüêèìè êëèåíòàìè ñðàçó.

Îòíîñèòåëüíî ìóçûêè â èñòîðèè ïîêóïîê:
Âñÿ ìóçûêà, êîòðàÿ áûëà ïîä ãðèôîì "Coming soon" â âàøåé èñòîðèè ïîêóïîê áóäåò ïðîñòî óäàëåíà. Ò.å. ýòè ôàéëû óáðàíû èç ïðîäàæè äî ìîìåíòà ïîâòîðíîãî äîáàâëåíèÿ â áàçó. Êàê òîëüêî îíè ïîÿâÿòñÿ âû ñìîæåòå êóïèòü èõ çàíîâî (ìû âûäàâàëè âñåì êëèåíòàì êîìïåíñàöèþ).

Îáðàùàåì âàøå âíèìàíèå íà òî, ÷òî ÂÑÅ ïîëüçîâàòåëè ïîëó÷èëè êîìïåíñàöèþ 2 àïðåëÿ 2008 ãîäà â ðàçìåðå 2-êðàòíîé ñòîèìîñòè ýòèõ àëüáîìîâ, êîòîðûå áûëè êóïëåíû è â íàñòîÿùèé ìîìåíò óäàëåííû èç êàòàëîãà è êîòîðûå áûëè íå äîñòóïíû äëÿ ñêà÷èâàíèÿ ñ ìîìåíòà ïîêóïêè. Ïîæàëóéñòà, îçíàêîìüòåñü ñ ðàçäåëîì "Èñòîðèÿ Ïëàòåæåé" íà íàøåì ñàéòå è âû íàéäåòå ïëàòåæ, äàòèðîâàííûé 2 Àïðåëÿ 2008 ãîäà. Ýòî è åñòü âàøà êîìïåíñàöèÿ.

Ñëóæáà ïîääåðæêè:

Äðóãèå èçìåíåíèÿ:
Óæå â òå÷åíèè íåêîòîðîãî âðåìåíè ðàñ÷åòíîé âàëþòîé íà íàøåì ñàéòå ÿâëÿåòñÿ Åâðî. Íàäååìñÿ, ÷òî äëÿ âàñ ýòî íå ñòàëî íîâîñòüþ òîëüêî ñåé÷àñ. Öåíîâàÿ ïîëèòèêà íå èçìåíèëàñü, èçìåíèëàñü òîëüêî âàëþòà. Ðàáîòà íàøåãî ñàéòà óñêîðèëàñü, íàäååìñÿ âñå ýòî çàìåòèëè. Ñêîðîñòü çàêà÷êè êñòàòè òîæå. Ìû ðàáîòàåì íàä óëó÷øåíèåì íàøåãî ñåðâèñà êàæäûé äåíü.

Dear clients!

Lost Data:
As you know we had problems with data failure on our servers. So you had a chance to witness the "coming soon" sign instead of download button for some artists and albums. So what we came to in the end. We have recovered some part of music on our data centre.

Anyway we have recovered not 100% of lost data (less then 50% actually), and some music will be just missing on our site. The same means that you will not be able to find it on our site till we add it again. Thus we will do our best to add it as per your music requests assap. But we do not guarantee that if you post a request it will be fulfilled next day, we will put higher priority to the requests of those albums, which are requested by several clients.

Regarding music in your downloads history:
If the music which is in your list is not available, it will not be available for download and will just be removed from your downloads history, so this music is out of stock now. The same is with your "My Music" area. If these albums become available on our site again, you will be able to purchase it from the compensation we have given you when all this mess started.

Please note that all clients have received compensation on 2 April 2008 in the double ammount of the cost of albums, which they have purchased and now deleted from the catalogue and which were not available for download from the moment when clients purchased them. Please go to "History of payments" area and you will find payment, dated 2 April 2008, that payment is the above said compensation.

Support service:
As you understand our customer service was really overloaded during all this time. So some of you might have not received replies to their questions. Most of questions related to the lost data issue. I hope we have replied above to those questions. Anyway if you have any queries please set up a new ticket in our support centre.

Other Changes:
We have switched to EURO, so now all your accounts are in Euros. The pricing kept the same, so it was 15 cents per track, no it is 0.1 Euro per track! Operation of our site has been really improved, same corresponds to download speed.

We are working and improving our services day by day.

It is now the 16 june and we still can't download music which was ordered (in my case) over a week ago, support isn't responding - does anyone have any news? is it possible to transfer credits to a different site?

We are awaiting Pastor39's return, but the chances are all will be well very soon, he has not let us down before.
