Yep, I remember. I've seen this same spam message here before.

I have a problem with mp3sale. In some ways they do everything right - good extensive catalogue, replenished regularly; full-length previews. I've accumulated a very large balance with them and would love to spend it. The trouble is, their bitrates are so low.

I don't cram as many low-quality tunes as I can onto an iPod. I listen to them - through an amplifier and speakers. These days I'm fussy and insist on 320kbps - maybe a little bit less if I'm desperate - and I think anyone can hear the better quality.

I think all the music sites should wake up to higher bitrates because people who appreciate music - and can't afford to buy it all on CD - want to hear it in its best-possible form.

Yes Gaucho,

Certainly makes a difference on any quality playback. But for my Mp3player,
there is just a small difference of quality, between 256 and 320.I do
understand your problem. But Sparks is so unreliable and unresponsive,
I can't get behind them.
I hope that Mp3sale here's your plea, because
I agree, they have it together over there. We just need some better
quality kbps and we would have something really good...

Giving the consumer's viewpoint can only help them in the long run.

this one looks good? is it still recommended? I'm thinking of signing up to take advantage of their Black Friday 100% offer.

Sorry for the thread necro but I thought I'd sign up and point out that MP3sale.ru is a pirate site. They steal music from the artists even the smallest labels in the world. Our label just released a CD of local music from our area and it is already up there for sale. We don't get a cent from them. If you use this site you may as well just go and steal it from a p2p place as using them is only giving them free cash. I repeat, they do not pay anything for the music, they only rip and sell it.

It's a bit crushing seeing it up there for sale by someone else who hasn't given you anything towards all the costs of the artwork, pressing, recording, distribution etc that you've thrown a lot into.

Edit: This isn't a complaint about piracy etc, this is a complaint about them trying to make money out of it.
