For anyone interested in using this site, today I have been talking to rob_c57 via MSN Messenger, who is the moderator on the English speaking forum www.mp3talks.ru which is the www.mp3sale.ru spin off. Rob has been using the site for about 7 months, like all sites it has some problems now and again, but he likes it and speaks quite highly of it, anyone is welcome to have a word with him, to find out exactly how it works.

This is my 2nd option site and I'm using it as an Aomp3/sparks alternative . I'm spanish and I was very surprised because I've found albums by spanish alternative groups that are difficult to find, even at music stores.

Today I spent some quality time at mp3sale very nice clean functional
interface and catalog is very good..I see alot of knowledgeable folks here recommend it ...there must be a reason..and excellent prices..I'm in..

Fed up with the problems on sparks, so last night took the plunge and put on$30 +$10 for free on the "sale" site. One word of warning, for all of us in the EU, we are all charged 17.5% VAT, So for adding $30 you will be billed $35.25, which is fine at the moment because you are given an extra $10 for free.
I used a Download Manager, and found my taste in music much cheaper than on aomp3, because you are charged 15cents a track, whether it is 2 mins or 20 mins long. With a 20% discount I downloaded the brand new Dream Theater album of 8 songs, 78 minutes long, for an amazing 96cents. LOL . After adding my money by CC, it appeared within 2 minutes in my account and I was away. You have no choice over the bitrate, and if you want something that is not there, you can ask. It is not perfect, but the prices in general are hard to beat, and until sparks/aom3 can get their act together this is where I shall be, and even then I may stay.

good to hear you found good place with mp3sale. Its good to have these other shops as back up.

Iomoio.com and MP3sale do not have the bit rate available for quality listening. ALLOFMP3 was the best, still is the best. If I can not get a
320+ or above bit rate download. Forget it.

True to say a lot of it is not 320 on the mp3sale site, funny enough though I have just downloaded a Rick Wakeman album from there that is 320 bitrate.

to be honest if its VBR, then you shouldn't notice the difference in quality all that much, as the bitrate is constantly changing, its high in some places of the song and low in others. While i am an .ogg fan, i am willing to face what is currently on offer.
