Thumbs up Using FlashGot (& Free Download Manager) could replace MP3Sale's own zip function - 09-16-2008, 08:50 PM

I don't remember if the following has ever been suggested by MP3Sale representatives here on this forum...

The last few times I have downloaded the content of My Music-folder on MP3Sale, I have noticed that right-clicking and choosing FlashGot All has had an interesting side effect...

Each and every time BOTH all the songs AND each of the zip folders (containing all the songs) have downloaded to my default MP3Sale folder on my hard disk

Since my Internet connection is both EXTREMELY fast (and unlimited), this hasn't been a problem for me - but could be for someone less fortunate...

It is noteworthy that I haven't activated MP3Sale's own zip-function any of these times

My FlashGot filter is set up to let .mp3 .zip .rar and .exe files pass through - and block all other files extensions.

This is therefore very simple to rectify - either let the filter block .mp3 OR .zip files, when using FlashGot All on MP3Sale

All of you guys could do this too and thereby change something (which I initially found somewhat irritating) into something, which is in fact quite a handy tool

To me that implies that vast majority use the default zip function, or have their filters set up correctly. I find myself tweaking filters on downThemAll and FreeDownloadManager all the time. Lately though it's just .rar

But it's a good bit of advice .... as always!!
