I am trying to access Mp3sale with a visa gift card I have purchased and registered to my adress and name but i am getting the following error:

"Payment Failed.
Please close this window and try again.

If this continues, please contact www.mp3sale.ru."

Could anyone help me?

Hi there,
exactly the same thing happened to me when I tried to add some credit about three days ago (http://www.aom3.org/forum/mp3sale/14...html#post28763). It took me ~ six attempts to get it to work, but it finally did. Not sure if what you are seeing is the same thing, but might be worth while just trying it a few times,

nope, i've been at this for hours, can't seem to get it to work on Mp3sale or Mp3fiesta. both of the sites seem to use the same processor so maybe they wont accept it because i live in the united states...

The problem I had was getting to the payment processor site itself. Once there, things went fine for me.
Has anyone else from the US had problems adding credit to mp3sale / mp3fiesta,

I used Visa last week through Mp3sale and had no problems in the US.
Write a letter to their assistance and they will help you with this
problem..They are very responsive and they will tell you how to
proceed.

Thanks for the advice, i fancy myself a computer whiz and usually can figure it out myself... Well i guess my pride will just have to take a hit.
