[Question] website viewing problems

For about the past couple of weeks I've been attempting to view the site and it loads properly but then all the fonts go from white to blue or just disappear when the page loads. I can enter a search for a group, band, etc and it quickly loads with white fonts but then it goes dark blue which is impossible to see with the blue background. So I can't see anything and I can't highlight the written text .
Anyone else having this problem?

Hi,

No problems here, wait a while and I am sure someone will come along to give you some help.

In the meantime, give as much info as you can, where are you, what OS are you using etc, etc.

P.S.
Are you talking about this site, or the site of mp3sale?

I see pretty much what you describe when accessing Mp3Sale using Internet Explorer 6, but with IE8 and Firefox 3.5.5 it's working OK for me. We already know they are making changes to the site, and that may involve dropping support for IE6. So whatever browser you're using, I suggest you try a different/newer one. As a workaround, you may be able to highlight the invisible text by right-clicking > Select All.

Thanks for the replies.
You are correct I still use IE6 for downloading mp3's from a view websites. I do not use IE8 currently. I use XP media center, service pack III.
Using IE6 for downloading mp3's on a few websites I have found delivers the proper file name and info such as LP, track #, bitrate, etc in proper format for my player (creative) and using Firefox I find that the file information is incomplete or in such a order I have to manually copy and retag all the properties, some info such as bitrate (from this site for example) are not even shown with the file information.

Not sure why IE copies the data for the fields needed in my directory for the player properties per song and firefox does not, however I am not very tech savvy on add-on's with firefox 3.5 and I bet there is a simple download that would make exactly like IE.

I know IE6 is obsolete basiclly I use it for mp3 Russian sites.

Thanks for posting back to confirm the IE6 issue.

I always rename/retag the downloads anyway. FileRenamer Basic and Mp3TagTools work for me to speed up the process.

There is a addon that is called IEtab for FF where you can convert a FF session into a IE session I use it o a rare ocasion where a site works better with IE.It's use is very easy once installed you click on a icon on your FF
toolbar and it will change to a IE session.

Don't know if that's will help.But good luck.
