What has happened to Support??? -

What has happened to support on mp3, mp3 download, download mp3 songs No response to either questions sent or left on the Support forum! Not what I expect from this site and very disappointing. I can't purchase anything and have money in my account to spend!

Sometimes due to huge amount of questions some may be lost, please excuse us for this as we are doing our best. Nobody is perfect, but we are trying hard.
