You have a well taken point and something that must be taken into
consideration by all concerned.The consumer has a right to be cautious
and the sites somehow should make the downloading community feel
secure that their balances are somehow secure.

I know that many of the sites here, like recently Mp3skyline actually
added to customers balances when they were down for a while.
This shows a great concern and respect to their customers.

No, it's not just Venezuela, I can't see their catalogue either. I guess their database is offline. They've relocated since I last checked, so maybe they're still 'in transit'.
