And now that you mentioned it, I realize that maybe, I did receive them. Too bad that the spam filter got them before I could see them.

By the way my e-mails sent to mp3sugar domain have returned to me as undeliverable as you mentioned in one your quotes. Under the Help tab at Download Mp3 Music, mp3 downloads : Mp3Count.com, both billing and support show @mp3sugar.com domain. Later I noticed that the About Us tab showed addresses with the mp3count.com domains. I resent my requests to the new domains earlier today. Will see what happens.

Thanks!

Hello everyone,

Earlier today, I received a couple of automated response e-mails from support and billing @mp3count that I resent after the original messages @mp3sugar were returned to me as undeliverable. In this e-mails they have assigned to me a couple of trouble tickets. I hope that this means that they are at least aknowledging my problem and working on a solution. I'll keep everyone else posted.

Thanks!

Hello Skyforger,

Yeah, you are probably right... Just trying to stay positive. It easier to stay than to be

And, thanks to you all, I have been checking the other stores and their reviews in this forum.

Also, I also checked the e-mail trash folder, and noticed I got one of the cryptographic spam e-mails that GLUTEUS MAXIMUS was talking about. The link directed me to Download Mp3 Music, mp3 downloads : Mp3Count.com. But, I won't be giving them money, until they respond (maybe in the next life).

Thanks again!

GHERDEZ

Following another blizzard of spammy e-mails, mp3sugar.com has turned into a holding page for a Russian advertising agency (Belcom-AST). My log-in still doesn't work at mp3count. Bye-bye, mp3sugar

Hello Maximus,

I noticed the change that you mentioned. I had given up, but, I received an e-mail from mp3count support. I quote it here:

It seems that they are looking into it still. Originally. I thought that my account would be transferred automatically at some point, yet I admit that is taking a while.

Whatever happens..... I keep you guys informed....

Thanks again!

Hello Skyforger, Hello Nightfly,

Thanks for keeping up. I was not aware that I would be the FIRST to receive a response from them. What can I say? Yet, I have more GOOD NEWS to report... A few hours ago I got the following response from them, and I quote it here:

So, my guess is that as Nightfly said, they probably read this forum... And I confirm that they transferred my balance from MP3SUGAR to MP3COUNT. I still have to try to download something to make sure that it works, but, I have the feeling that it will.

So my advise to anyone that had an account with a balance with MP3SUGAR is to register in MP3COUNT with the same LOG IN NAME, and write support (and perhaps be very patient).

Well another happy ending...

GHERDEZ
