Hello Nightfly, Hello everyone...!

I want to THANK everyone who helped me to resolve this problem:

To aom3.org and its members. Because, this forum was INSTRUMENTAL to make it public, and the members of MP3COUNT probably read it here.

To MP3COUNT support and billing team. For not leaving me behind. I remind you that there are others out there that have my same problem. If you don't take care of your customers someone else will. Yet, I hope that you are able to keep your business going...

To everyone that kept up with my story....

GHERDEZ

I had an MP3Sugar account - seemed to be the only one where I could find my genres of heavy metal (death metal, melodic death, blah blah). Upset when I couldn't get access anymore with $40 in the account.

HOWEVER, after reading the forums here and noting that MP3Sugar had become MP3Count I contacted Support through the MP3Count saying that I had an account under the name of ".....". I also registered a new account with them using the same MP3Sugar information (whether that helped or not, I don't know).

Within 24 hours they replied saying that funds had been transfered over - I now have my money back and can start downloading again.

"Hello!
We have transfered your amount from mp3sugar to mp3count.Enjoy yourtracks on mp3count.
Thank you for using our service! -- Best regards,Mp3Sugar Support Team
"

So thanks to all the above in this thread for helping me get my money back and I hope that this message shows that you can, using the right channels, reinstate your MP3Sugar account with MP3Count.

Many thanks and good luck,
Whats-his-name.

Hi whats-his-name and welcome

Glad to hear you got your account transferred OK; maybe this will encourage others to try.

But if they'd just stick to spamming their own customers, and not Chronopay's, they'd have a better chance of getting their credibility back.

Hey what-his-name,

Mclub as well is also very good fot various types of Metal I've been told,
though not being a Metal head myself.Check out their catalogue and see
if they got what you need.
And thanks for your post. Mp3sugar should have done this automatically for
their customers and not have their customers chase them down...

Thanks Amy,

You are absolutely right, they really don't care, it seems, take the old money and run, unless someone complains or paints them in a bad light. They never were one of our favorites.

Good to see you Amy.
