Since last night I have been trying to login to mp3sugar.
I can reach the site fine but when I type in my user name and password I just get taken to a page to put them in again. With no error message.

I tried to confirm the password using the forgotten link but that just gives this
error message
Warning: require(class.phpmailer.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /www/mp3sugar.com/forget.dhtml on line 33

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'class.phpmailer.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/share/pear') in /www/mp3sugar.com/forget.dhtml on line 33

Tried to email support but the messages are just bounced back.
I have now contacted chronopay to see if they can help

Anyone else having these problems

Yes, I have just tetsted my link here in work and it fails exactly as you describe.

Fortunately by balance was very low anyways.

On second attempt I was able to log in too

Still unable to login
Emails still bounce due to error at their server
Have got in touch with Chronopay to see if they can pass on the message.

Does this still happen if you enter MP3Sugar through for instance Bitty Browser: www.bitty.com (remember to launch the Bitty Browser after you enter www.MP3Sugar.com in the address bar) or Mowser: http://mowser.com/web/www.mp3sugar.com (the page looks really weird but it works) or a more "normal" proxy like The Cloak: www.the-cloak.com/login.html


N.B. Just flashing a tiny bit of all my new knowledge after reading through LifeHacker: www.Lifehacker.com for a few hours this afternoon

Hi Solaris
Not sure how to use Bitty Browser. Will try it when I have a bit more time.
Mowser gave the same problem as normal. Hit sign in and then get taken to the sign in page again with no error message. (it does look strange)
The Cloak won't let you sign in to secure services on the free version.
I get the same results at the site with Firefox, Opera and IE
Also tried using different DNS servers - no help.

There support address is still bouncing mail due to an error so emailed chronopay for help and then found other email addresses for mp3sugar.com
Three are on the about us page but did not have that page yesterday...weird
Emails are support@mp3sugar.com (Has error)
admin@mp3sugar.com
billing@mp3sugar.com
Tried emailing admin to see if that one works.
If not I'll try the other tomorrow.

Tried signing up for another account to see what happened.
That one I can access evertime so it seems to be something at their end to do with the account.

All of the mp3sugar email addresses are now returning my emails.
Took a lot longer from admin@mp3sugar.com than the rest but it was eventually returned.
Still waiting to hear from chronopay
