Hey, I dont know much about this forum, but does anyone know anything about MP3Sugar & their support reputation? I've been trying for nearly 2 weeks to contact their Billing & Support departments as paid funds never went into my account. THey only offer email addresses as contacts & any attempts to email them bounce.

Obviously I'm not very happy with them at the moment, but I can imagine there are technical problems from time to time. Has anyone ever successfully gotten ahold of them?

I tried contacting them a few months ago and it took more than 14 days for them to reply - but they did reply.

Yeah, I'd feel patient if I thought it was just taking a while to get back to me, but the email bounced back, meaning that their mail server rejected it completely. I'm probably going to have to go through their payment gateway (Chrono Pay) to get somewhere. :-(
