Well, it seems that they are having a little trouble with the download procedure at the moment (I got a 1kb file when I tried to download).
These Ukrainian (and Russian) sites sometimes have these problems but they usually fix them within 24 hours (which is the length yours songs are placed in the download section at
MP3Sugar).
If it is not fixed within that time frame, just tell support and they will reimburse your account.
