MusicMP3.ru has been down for (at least) 5 hours now I'm pretty sure that this is the longest downtime I have registered in those more than two years I have been a customer in their store

But fortunately sister site GoldenMP3.ru is still up and running

For some reason the parent DNS servers are reporting that musicmp3.ru does not exist, but it's still reachable by its IP address http://83.102.152.178/

Is that some sort of a mirror page? I remember when one of my favourite boxing sites was hacked, I found a Brazilian homepage that had these mirror sites stored in their data base. I forgot to bookmark it, though

Not a mirror. It was just the DNS that was broken, so the name wouldn't resolve to its IP address. The site was still working, so typing its IP address in a browser took you straight there. (This doesn't work with sites that use shared hosting i.e. share their IP address with other domains. In that case, you can enter the IP address in your computer's host file.) And although I didn't check it, the musicmp3 home page cached at Google would probably have worked too.

Anyways, it seems to be fixed now

Should I be concerned? I have around $27 on balance there. Is there another sister site I can switch it to? Should I call my credit card provider? How long have they been offline?

I don't think there's any need to panic, it's just an error at their server, which they will no doubt fix as quickly as they can.
