Just to clarify: when you're using PayPal's Secure Debit Card from the US you can only use Assist as payment option as Webtopay.com declines the PayPal generated MasterCard number (as of today Jan. 16, 2008)

I do not know if this is the case if your PayPal account is founded by a non-US bank account/credit card.

Besides that it is very easy and quick to fill your balance on legalsound with paypal.

Thank you for the update on LegalSounds - even if it wasn't the best of news

It must be a Sisyphos work of dimensions for PayPal to try to stop these shops from accepting PayPal payment.

If I was a store owner, I would open a few hundred PayPal accounts logging in using different IP-addresses, different names and different bank accounts and start accepting payment until the first account got targeted and closed by PayPal (under legal threats/bribes by the MAFIAA).

Then I would start using the next PayPal account and so on...

In fact, I asked MM Assistance why they didn't use such a payment scheme to at least give the MemphisMembers a way to replenish their accounts - but got one of their standardized replies...
