But it's a back and forth so it's mute anyway.

I also created an account to duplicate what you were saying about Legalsounds. I was curious and they directed me to Verfiied By Visa. I entered my password and my card was not only declined but locked by my bank. I spoke to security yesterday (after my account being frozen for 24 hours) at my bank and they said that the charge coding for Legalsounds is registered under the name of the Russian MP3 Federation and because there is a good bit of fraud with credit cards and Russia my specific type of bank Visa had chosen to block it unless I call them before every transaction to approve. MP3 Sparks is registered under MP3Sparks.com.

All I can wish you is luck. As I have learned from this site, if there's a way it can be found. And if there's not, someone will create/hack/decode one.

Take care,

Jessica
Dear Jessica,

We will have to agree to disagee on this subject, I can only repeat that in my case it would be foolish of me to disregard NatWest's guidelines which have now been given to me from two different sources, including a Supervisor.

Regards Chris.

Is it possible NatWest are getting confused with their own online banking screen, which does just what you say and asks you to enter 3 letters from your password:

Your NatWest password should not be the same as the Verified by Visa one (unless of course you set them both to be the same thing).

I have used sites all over the net that use the Verified by Visa scheme and they have always asked me for the full password.

This is an example of the screen I assume you're seeing:

Hope this helps,
James.

Thanks for the welcome

I'm going to buy some credit with LegalSounds when the credit I have left with GoMusic has expired. Not that i'm not happy with GoMusic, they seem to do their job quite well, I just thought I'd test some of the other sites out there.

Plus I have no invite to MP3Sparks lol

James.

If you are looking for a way to add credit to your allofmp3 account, try some of the methods suggested in post #6 of the attached link http://www.aom3.org/forum/showthread.php?t=201 (Gift Voucher Sites Who Are Now Closed...) (you might get lucky). Also, Gomusic have got quite a different back catalogue to legalsounds, so it might be worthwhile leaving a couple of $$ in your account so that when that CD you are after can only be found at Gomusic, you are not left cursing,
Cheers,
Dave C

James,

Both your pictures are exactly right. The top one is for NatWest Banking, and the one below is for VISA Secure.
When I use my Visa CC, it will normally take me into that VISA Secure screen above, I have just used it for Tesco.com actually, it then asks me to enter i.e. 1st 3rd and fifth symbols from my password and not the whole password. Only on legal sounds and sparks have I EVER been asked for the whole password!!!!!!!!!
