Danny O'Keefe, an old friend lost and then found - 04-30-2008, 02:18 AM

I was browsing mp3va.com and came across an artist that I haven't heard in years, Danny O'Keefe. He's a singer/songwriter from the 70's who should have gotten much more acclaim than he did. My college roommate had his "Breezy Stories" album and I used to listen to it all the time. Somehow, it "accidently" ended up with my stuff when I moved out, but he wanted it back.

Ended up d/l the cd on mp3va.com and bought "Breezy Stories" off Amazon for $4.00 and some change.

He's a great songwriter and is living with the great Bonnie Rait.
